WMV PROBLEMS

The first thing to do if you are having trouble viewing videos is to re-sign in. When your time is expired, you can not view movies. Go back to the visual password page, and choose your visual passcode.

The next step is to make sure that your cache is cleared as specified in our support section.

If this does not work, check to make sure that you have the latest media player and the appropriate codecs to plug into your media player. The CODEC needed for Windows Media Player 9 is found here.

For more Microsoft updates, click here.

There is a patch for Windows Media Player 9 here if you have further difficulties. Download and install this patch follow the direction on the page for installation.

If you continue to have problems viewing the wmv format and wish to view the all compilation, try right clicking on the wmv link and choosing "Save Target As." >From there file it on your desktop for easy access, and view it when it is completely downloaded at your convenience.

Linux users who want to see WMV need to download and install mplayer and set the WMV support.
