WMV PROBLEMS
The first thing to do if you are having trouble viewing videos is to re-sign in.
When your time is expired, you can not view movies. Go back to the visual
password page, and choose your visual passcode.
The next step is to make sure that your cache is cleared as specified in our
support section.
If this does not work, check to make sure that you have the latest media player
and the appropriate codecs to plug into your media player.

There is a patch for Windows Media Player 9 here if you have further difficulties. Download and install this patch follow the direction on the page for installation.
If you continue to have problems viewing the wmv format and wish to view the all
compilation, try right clicking on the wmv link and choosing "Save Target As."
>From there file it on your desktop for easy access, and view it when it is
completely downloaded at your convenience.
Linux users who want to see WMV need to download and install mplayer and set the WMV support.
MPG PROBLEMS
If you are still having difficulty viewing the mpg's, try doing a search on "mpeg joiner" at http://www.google.com or http://www.twocows.com.
If you are looking to find a free mpeg joiner, it would be wise to put that in
your search parameters.
Linux users should check out mpgtx at http://www.freshmeat.net.
