- Check that you have the latest browser for your operating system, for Windows users, update your browser at: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ Version 5.0 seems to have some problems (there's some securities holes in it, so you better upgrade anyway).

- Site grabbers are not authorized.

- You might get denied if your media player asks you for your user name and password every time you access a movie.  To  prevent this from happening, keep your media player open while looking at them.

- Time out every 4 hours, this is normal, you have to re-enter the visual password about once every four hours that you are on our site.  We want to insure excellence in the site quality and member protection.

- You used more than 1 gigabyte's worth of transfer in less than 10 hours. You will need to wait a few hours.

- Authentication denied without authentification process is due to an Internet Explorer option, In the Internet-option in the configuration for the Explorer. There is a tab "login" and this is standing as an anounymous user. Change it to "login with username and password".
